Vacation Bible School 2022

Join us for Vacation Bible School

August 15th – 19th

5:30 p.m. Light Dinner
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. VBS

We will be talking about our emotions (Anger, Jealousy, Frustration, Sadness and how to respond to bad emotions with kindness.) There is no cost to register; however, we will be collecting bars of soap and toothpaste for our food pantry Victors Vittles. Call 410-668-8089 for information.

Fellowship

Christus Victor offers fellowship events throughout the year that bring our church community together to talk, laugh, play, work, nurture and break bread together. Some regular events are our Shrimp and Crab Feasts, Baseball Games, and our Christus Victor Christmas Bazaar.

Christian Music

Christus Victor has an exciting music program! The Choir consists of members who cheerfully share their time and musical talent. There is no requirement to be able to read music to become a member of the choir and new members are always welcome.

Community

Our social ministry team constantly seeks ways to be a voice in the community and to bring God’s kingdom of community and care into Carney/Parkville area.
Our social ministries consist of:

  • Victor’s Vittles
  • Christus Comforters
  • Prayer Shawl group
  • And more!

Christian Education

Christus Victor is proud to provide education for all ages, including:

  • Sunday School
  • 1st Holy Communion
  • Confirmation
  • Vacation Bible School

We give thanks to God for our partner in ministry, Weber’s (Cider Mill) Farm, who donates fresh fruits and vegetables to our Victor’s Vittles food pantry in the hopes that no one goes hungry!
